Natale in Italia - Christmas in Italy

During this course we will prepare traditional Italian Christmas food. We will meet twice. On the first day we will make traditional Christmas Eve dishes based on fish, and on the second day traditional Christmas Day dishes based on meat.
The menu includes an appetizer, main course, side dish, and dessert from different regions of Italy.

The recipes are in three languages: English, Swedish and Finnish.

The cost of ingredients is included in the course fee.
